* Con Edison offers incentives for customers to switch from oil to natural gas.  I have been telling clients that only customers on non-interruptible gas are eligible for incentives. Actually, that is incorrect, as it has come to light that some customers on interruptible gas pay the SBC and are eligible for incentives. The customer contract with the utility will bear out eligibility.
